Abstract
A top component includes a gear and a rotation shaft. The rotation shaft includes a thick shaft and a thin shaft. The think shaft has a first ground contact part having a larger diameter. The thin shaft is slidably configured radially inward of the thick shaft. The thin shaft has a second ground contact part having a smaller diameter than the first ground contact. The shin shaft slidably projects from the first ground contact part. The gear is configured to mesh with an external rack.

A top component comprising:
- a gear;
- and
- a rotation shaft,
- the rotation shaft including a thick shaft and a thin shaft,
- the think shaft having a first ground contact part having a larger diameter,
- the thin shaft being slidably configured radially inward of the thick shaft,
- the thin shaft having a second ground contact part having a smaller diameter than the first ground contact,
- the shin shaft slidably projecting from the first ground contact part,
- the gear being configured to mesh with an external rack.
