Weight-Attachable Water Bottle and Belt System

A weight-attachable water bottle and belt system comprising:

• a belt comprising:
• a body constructed from a thermally active material;
• a fastening mechanism;
• a pocket;
• and
• a holster.

A method of using a weight-attachable water bottle and belt system, the method comprising the following steps:

• providing a weight-attachable water bottle and belt system comprised of a bottle and a belt, wherein the bottle comprises a body having a grip area, a top edge with a first fastener, and a bottom edge with a second fastener, and wherein the bottle further comprises a first weight module having a third fastener, a fourth fastener, and a straw hole;
• attaching the weight module to the top edge or the bottom edge using the first fastener;
• attaching a second weight module to the first weight module using the third fastener;
• inserting a straw through a first straw hole of the first weight module and a second straw hole of the second weight module and into the body;
• securing the belt around a user using a fastening mechanism of the belt;
• and
• performing a physical activity while carrying the bottle and while wearing the belt.
