Abstract
The invention provides a kit comprising: i) a catheter, ii) a catheter casing, and iii) a handle; wherein the catheter comprises a tube and a funnel, wherein the funnel comprises a handle-engaging portion; and the handle is configured to engage with the handle-engaging portion of the catheter funnel. Methods of using the kits to insert a urinary catheter are also provided.
Claims15
A kit comprising:
- i) a catheter;
- ii) a catheter casing;
- and
- iii) a handle;
- wherein the catheter comprises a tube and a funnel, the funnel comprising a handle-engaging portion;
- the casing comprises a body having a hollow passage and a lid removably connectable to the body;
- and
- the handle is configured to removably engage with the handle-engaging portion of the catheter funnel.
