Abstract
A method for treating and/or preventing cancer in a subject. The method includes administering to the subject a population of plasmacytoid dendritic cells and an immune checkpoint inhibitor. The population of plasmacytoid dendritic cells and the immune checkpoint inhibitor may be administered separately or in combination, and in any order.

A method for treating and/or preventing a cancer in a subject in need thereof, comprising administering to the subject the combination of a therapeutically effective amount of a population of plasmacytoid dendritic cells (PDC) and a therapeutically effective amount of an immune checkpoint inhibitor, wherein said population and said inhibitor may be administered separately or in combination, and in any order.
