Abstract
Disclosed herein are methods of treating a subject having diabetes with a population of stem cell-derived islet cells and one or more immunosuppressive reagents, such as an anti-thymocyte globulin binding moiety. The subject may have received an organ transplant.

A method of treating a subject having diabetes, comprising administering to the subject:
- a) a composition comprising a population of stem cell-derived islet cells, and b) one or more immunosuppressive agents;
- wherein the subject previously received an organ transplant.
