A cosmetic composition includes an oil phase having a form of oil capsules; and an aqueous phase, wherein the oil phase includes a lipid component including ceramide or a derivative thereof, cholesterol, and a fatty acid; an alcohol having 16 to 20 carbon atoms; and an oil thickener, and the oil capsules have a transparent appearance.

A cosmetic composition, including
- an oil phase having a form of oil capsules;
- and an aqueous phase,
- wherein the oil phase includes
- a lipid component including ceramide or a derivative thereof, cholesterol, and fatty acids;
- an alcohol having 16 to 20 carbon atoms;
- and
- an oil thickener, and
- the oil capsules have a transparent appearance.
