A device for transferring a medical fluid

A device for transferring a medical fluid, the device comprising:

• a hermetic housing comprising
• a body provided with at least a wall;
• and
• a deformable portion sealingly attached to the body to define a hermetical internal volume;
• a connecting port arranged at the deformable portion the connecting port configured to receive and sealingly attach a fluid transfer instrument to be operated from the outside of the hermetic housing;
• one or more support assemblies configured to attach a medical fluid container containing a medical fluid to an inner side of the at least a wall of the body of the hermetic housing;
• and
• one or more outlet ports arranged at the body and configured to selectively communicate the inside of the hermetic housing with the outside thereof;
• and
• wherein the deformable portion is configured to deform in such way that when the fluid transfer instrument is sealingly attached to the connecting port, the deformable portion moves the connecting port between
• a loading position for retrieving a dose of the medical fluid from the medical fluid container with the fluid transfer instrument;
• and
• a discharging position for transferring the retrieved dose of the medical fluid to the outlet ports from the fluid transfer instrument
