Abstract
A semiconductor element comprising a plurality of terminals. The semiconductor element includes a line segment that overlaps with the plurality of terminals. The plurality of terminals are arranged along a first direction of the semiconductor element. The plurality of terminals include a first group, in which centers of gravity are offset to a first side in a second direction perpendicular to the first direction, and a second group, in which centers of gravity are offset to an opposite side from the first group with respect to the line segment. Each of the plurality of terminals has a shape in which a dimension in the second direction is larger than a dimension in the first direction.
