Display device, electronic device and method for fabricating the same

A method for fabricating a display device, the method comprising:

• forming a first anode contact hole penetrating through a bank structure;
• forming an anode planarization layer after the forming of the first anode contact hole;
• forming a second anode contact hole penetrating through the anode planarization layer;
• forming an anode electrode after forming the second anode contact hole;
• forming an overhang structure of the bank structure by performing an etching process;
• and
• forming a light emitting layer, a cathode electrode, and an element inorganic layer on the anode electrode.

An electronic device, comprising:

• at least one display device including a substrate and a connection electrode, the substrate including a light emitting area and a non-light emitting area, overlapping the light emitting area;
• and
• at least one of a display module, a processor, a memory, and a power module connected to the at least one display device,
• wherein the at least one display device includes:
• a bank structure disposed on the connection electrode and including an overhang structure;
• a first anode contact hole penetrating through the bank structure;
• an anode auxiliary electrode overlapping the first anode contact hole and in contact with the connection electrode;
• an anode electrode disposed on the anode auxiliary electrode;
• an anode planarization layer overlapping the first anode contact hole, disposed between the anode auxiliary electrode and the anode electrode, and including an inorganic material;
• and
• a second anode contact hole overlapping the non-light emitting area, penetrating through a portion of the anode planarization layer, and spaced apart from the first anode contact hole.
