Abstract
A first base station sends, to a second base station, an indication message, for a wireless device, comprising data forwarding information of a data radio bearer (DRB), and an information element indicating that the data forwarding information is for a layer 1 or layer 2 triggered mobility (LTM) from the first base station to a third base station. The second base station is a secondary base station of the wireless device.

A first base station comprising:
- one or more processors;
- and
- memory storing instructions that, when executed by the one or more processors, cause the first base station to:
- send, to a second base station, an indication message, for a wireless device, comprising:
- data forwarding information of a data radio bearer (DRB);
- and
- an information element indicating that the data forwarding information is for a layer 1 or layer 2 triggered mobility (LTM) from the first base station to a third base station;
- wherein the second base station is a secondary base station of the wireless device.

- receive, from a first base station, an indication message, for a wireless device, comprising:
- data forwarding information of a data radio bearer (DRB);

- wherein the second base station is a secondary base station of the wireless device.

- receive, from a first base station, a radio resource control (RRC) message after a message being sent to a second base station, wherein the message comprises:
- data forwarding information of a data radio bearer (DRB);

- an information element indicating that the data forwarding information is for a layer 1 or layer 2 triggered mobility (LTM) from the first base station to a third base station;
- send, to the first base station, a layer 1 (L1) measurement report associated with one or more candidate cells of the third base station for the LTM;
- and
- receive, from the first base station, a medium access control control element (MAC CE) triggering the LTM to one of the one or more candidate cells.
