Abstract
A method and apparatus for classifying low latency (LL) traffic in a wireless LAN system are disclosed. The method performed by a first station (STA) in a wireless LAN system may comprise the steps of: transmitting, to a second STA, a request frame for negotiating mapping between a traffic ID (TID) and a link; and receiving, from the second STA, a response frame to the request frame. Here, at least one of the request frame and the response frame may include first information related to TID-specific link mapping and second information related to mapping between an LL-related ID for classification of LL traffic and a link.
Claims19
A method comprising:
- by a first station (STA), transmitting, to a second STA, a request frame for negotiating a mapping between a traffic identifier (TID) and a link;
- and
- by the first STA, receiving, from the second STA, a response frame for the request frame,
- wherein at least one of the request frame or the response frame includes first information related to TID-to-link mapping and second information related to mapping between a low latency (LL)-related ID for classification of LL traffic and a link.
An apparatus comprising:
- at least one transceiver;
- and
- at least one processor connected to the at least one transceiver,
- wherein the at least one processor is configured to:
- transmit a request frame for negotiating a mapping between a traffic identifier (TID) and a link;
- and
- receive a response frame for the request frame,
- wherein at least one of the request frame or the response frame includes first information related to TID-to-link mapping and second information related to mapping between a low latency (LL)-related ID for classification of LL traffic and a link.
