An information receiving method, comprising:

• receiving, by a network side device, target information sent by a terminal, wherein
• the target information comprises at least one of the following:
• first information, wherein the first information is used to indicate a first pattern, the first pattern is a measurement resource pattern associated with model inputs of a target model, and the target model is used by the terminal to perform model inference;
• or
• second information, wherein the second information is used to indicate a terminal capability of reporting a first result, and the first result is an inference result of the model inference.

A terminal, comprising a processor and a memory, wherein the memory stores a program or instructions capable of running on the processor, and the program or instructions are executed by the processor to perform operations of:

• sending target information to a network side device, wherein
• the target information comprises at least one of the following:
• first information, wherein the first information is used to indicate a first pattern, the first pattern is a measurement resource pattern associated with model inputs of a target model, and the target model is used by the terminal to perform model inference;
• or
• second information, wherein the second information is used to indicate a terminal capability of reporting the a result, and the first result is an inference result of the model inference.
