Abstract
A method for sending capability information is performed by a user equipment. The method includes: sending capability information to a first network device corresponding to a serving cell, wherein the capability information corresponds to a capability of the user equipment to measure the serving cell and a non-serving cell at a same time domain position.

A method for sending capability information, performed by a user equipment, the method comprising:
- sending capability information to a first network device corresponding to a serving cell, wherein the capability information corresponds to a capability of the user equipment to measure the serving cell and a non-serving cell at a same time domain position.
A method for receiving capability information, performed by a first network device, the method comprising:
- receiving capability information sent by a user equipment, wherein the capability information comprises a capability of the user equipment to measure a serving cell and a non-serving cell at a same time domain position;
- and
- scheduling the user equipment according to the capability information.
A user equipment, comprising:
- a processor;
- and
- a memory storing a computer program executable by the processor,
- wherein the processor is configured to:
- send capability information to a first network device corresponding to a serving cell, wherein the capability information corresponds to a capability of the user equipment to measure the serving cell and a non-serving cell at a same time domain position.
