Abstract
A method performed by a terminal in a wireless communication system according to an embodiment of the present specification comprises the steps of: transmitting capability information; and transmitting information related to one or more capability values based on range information. The capability information comprises the range information related to at least one capability value. The at least one capability value is related to at least one feature supported by the terminal.

A method performed by a user equipment (UE) comprising:
- transmitting capability information,
- wherein the capability information includes range information related to at least one capability value, and the at least one capability value is related to at least one feature supported by the UE;
- and
- transmitting information related to one or more capability values based on the range information.
A user equipment (UE) comprising:
- one or more transceivers;
- one or more processors;
- and
- one or more memories connected to the one or more processors and storing instructions,
- wherein the instructions configure the one or more processors to perform, based on being executed by the one or more processors, operations comprising:
- transmitting capability information,
- wherein the capability information includes range information related to at least one capability value, and the at least one capability value is related to at least one feature supported by the UE;
- and
- transmitting information related to one or more capability values based on the range information.

A base station comprising:
- one or more transceivers;
