Abstract
This disclosure provides a method and apparatus for determining a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook, and a communication device, and relates to the field of communication technologies. The method for determining a dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook is performed by the communication device and comprises: determining dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook information based on a first index; wherein the first index comprises an index of a cell set or an index of a reference serving cell; and reference serving cells correspond to cell sets in a one-to-one relationship, and the cell set comprises at least two serving cells.

A method for determining a dynamic hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook, wherein the method is performed by a communication device and comprises:
- determining dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook information based on a first index;
- wherein the first index comprises an index of a cell set or an index of a reference serving cell;
- and
- wherein the cell set comprises at least two serving cells, the reference serving cell correspond to one cell set.

A communication device, the communication device being a terminal or a network device, and comprising a memory, a transceiver and a processor;
- wherein the memory is configured to store a computer program;
- the transceiver is configured to transmit and receive data under the control of the processor;

- determining dynamic hybrid automatic repeat request acknowledgement (HARQ-ACK) codebook information based on a first index;
- wherein the first index comprises an index of a cell set or an index of a reference serving cell;
- and
- wherein the cell set comprises at least two serving cells, the reference serving cell correspond to one cell set.

A non-transitory-processor readable storage medium storing a computer program, wherein the computer program is configured to cause a processor of a communication device to perform the following steps:
- determining dynamic HARQ-ACK codebook information based on a first index;

- wherein the cell set comprises at least two serving cells, the reference serving cell correspond to one cell set.
