Abstract
A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) may generate a first HARQ sub-codebook. The first HARQ sub-codebook may include HARQ feedback for one or more sidelink transmissions, for example according to a first HARQ mode. The WTRU may determine that a second HARQ mode is enabled, for example for the one or more sidelink transmissions. The WTRU may determine a size of a second HARQ sub-codebook. The second HARQ sub-codebook may include HARQ feedback for the one or more sidelink transmissions, for example according to the second HARQ mode. The WTRU may generate the second HARQ sub-codebook. The WTRU may transmit the first HARQ sub-codebook and/or the second HARQ sub-codebook, for example to a network.

A method implemented in a wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU), the method comprising:
- generating a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) sub-codebook, wherein the first HARQ sub-codebook comprises HARQ feedback for one or more sidelink transmissions according to a first HARQ mode;
- determining that a second HARQ mode is enabled for a subset of the one or more sidelink transmissions;
- determining a size of a second HARQ sub-codebook, wherein the second HARQ sub-codebook comprises HARQ feedback for the subset of the one or more sidelink transmissions according to the second HARQ mode;
- generating the second HARQ sub-codebook;
- and
- transmitting the first HARQ sub-codebook and the second HARQ sub-codebook to a network.
A wireless transmit/receive unit (WTRU) comprising a processor, the processor configured to:
- generate a first hybrid automatic repeat request (HARQ) sub-codebook, wherein the first HARQ sub-codebook comprises HARQ feedback for one or more sidelink transmissions according to a first HARQ mode;
- determine that a second HARQ mode is enabled for a subset of the one or more sidelink transmissions;
- determine a size of a second HARQ sub-codebook, wherein the second HARQ sub-codebook comprises HARQ feedback for the subset of the one or more sidelink transmissions according to the second HARQ mode;
- generate the second HARQ sub-codebook;
- and
- transmit the first HARQ sub-codebook and the second HARQ sub-codebook to a network.
