Spectrum resource determining method, apparatus, and system, and storage medium

A spectrum resource determining apparatus, comprising at least one processor, wherein the at least one processor is coupled to a memory storing a computer program or instructions, and the at least one processor is configured to execute the computer program or the instructions in the memory, to cause the apparatus to:

• receive first configuration information, wherein the first configuration information comprises at least one of the following:
• a first spectrum resource, a second spectrum resource that corresponds to a first network and that is in the first spectrum resource, a third spectrum resource that corresponds to a second network and that is in the first spectrum resource, a spectrum boundary between the second spectrum resource and the third spectrum resource, a minimum Doppler shift, and a maximum Doppler shift;
• and
• determine a spectrum boundary corresponding to the second network, wherein if a center frequency of the third spectrum resource is higher than a center frequency of the second spectrum resource, a minimum frequency of the second network is greater than or equal to a sum of the maximum Doppler shift and the spectrum boundary between the second spectrum resource and the third spectrum resource;
• or if a center frequency of the third spectrum resource is lower than a center frequency of the second spectrum resource, a maximum frequency of the second network is less than or equal to a sum of the minimum Doppler shift and the spectrum boundary between the second spectrum resource and the third spectrum resource.
