Abstract
This disclosure is directed to methods, systems, and devices related to wireless communication, and more specifically, to support high capability user equipment and to improve uplink (UL) quality. A method of wireless communication includes receiving, by a wireless communication device, from a wireless communication node, one or more precoder indications, where each of the precoder indication corresponds to one or more port groups. The method further includes determining, by the wireless communication device, a precoder for a transmission according to the one or more precoder indications.

A method of wireless communication, comprising:
- receiving, by a wireless communication device, from a wireless communication node, one or more precoder indications;
- wherein each of the precoder indication corresponds to one or more port groups;
- and
- determining, by the wireless communication device, a precoder for a transmission according to the one or more precoder indications.
