An electric motor including a motor housing extending along a longitudinal axis, a stator coupled to the motor housing, a gap arranged radially between the motor housing and the stator, and at least one conformal cooling pouch arranged between the motor housing and the stator and including a fluid conduit extending between a first end and a second end.

An electric motor, comprising:
- a motor housing extending along a longitudinal axis;
- a stator coupled to the motor housing;
- a rotor arranged within the stator and movable with respect to the longitudinal axis;
- and
- a conformal cooling pouch arranged between the motor housing and the stator, comprising:
- a first end,
- a second end spaced from the first end,
- a first layer extending between the first end and the second end,
- a second layer coupled to the first layer, and
- a fluid conduit arranged between the first layer and the second layer and directly contacting a portion of the stator and the motor housing.
