Power Supply Method, Power Supply System, and Cabinet

A cabinet, comprising:

• at least one server;
• and
• a power supply system comprising:
• a power supply configured to provide a first power supply capability meeting a steady-state power supply requirement of a cabinet;
• and
• a burst power supply configured to provide a second power supply capability meeting a transient power supply requirement of the cabinet, wherein the power supply and the burst power supply are connected to a bus of the cabinet, and wherein the burst power supply is further configured to:
• detect a status of the cabinet in which the power supply system is located;
• and
• trigger, when the status indicates that a transient power-supply event occurs in the cabinet, coordination between the power supply and the burst power supply to supply power to the at least one server based on the transient power supply requirement.

A power supply method implemented by a power supply system, the power supply method comprising:

• providing, using a power supply of the power supply system, a first power supply meeting a steady-state power supply requirement of a cabinet;
• providing, using a burst power supply of the power supply system, a second power supply meeting a transient power supply requirement of the cabinet;
• detecting a status of the cabinet;
• and
• triggering, when the status indicates that a transient power-supply event occurs in the cabinet, coordination between the power supply and the burst power supply to supply power to the cabinet based on the transient power supply requirement.
