Antenna and electronic device including the same

An antenna device comprising:

• a substrate;
• a sub array including a first antenna element and a second antenna element, wherein each of the first antenna element and the second antenna element comprises a rectangular shape;
• and
• a feeding line for applying signals to the first antenna element and the second antenna element via a coupling,
• wherein a distance between a center of the first antenna element and a center of the second antenna element is shorter than a half a wavelength of the signals, so that a first mutual coupling between at least the first antenna element and the second antenna element is formed.

A massive multiple input multiple output (MIMO) unit (MMU) device, the MMU device comprising:

• a substrate;
• a radio frequency integrated circuit (RFIC);
• a sub array including a first antenna element and a second antenna element, wherein each of the first antenna element and the second antenna element comprises a rectangular shape;
• and
• a feeding line for applying signals to the first antenna element and the second antenna element via at least a coupling,
• wherein a distance between a center of the first antenna element and a center of the second antenna element is shorter than a half of a wavelength of the signals, so that a first mutual coupling between the first antenna element and the second antenna element is formed.
