Abstract
A bus bar for use in a power storage device including a battery cell includes a bus bar body containing a conductive material; and a heat-resistant insulating film containing a filler and covering the bus bar body. The heat-resistant insulating film has a surface roughness (Ry) of 0 μm<Ry<50 μm. The filler may include an inorganic compound, and the inorganic compound may include a silicate compound.
Claims21
A bus bar for use in a power storage device including a battery cell, the bus bar comprising:
- a bus bar body containing a conductive material;
- and
- a heat-resistant insulating film containing a filler and covering the bus bar body, wherein
- the heat-resistant insulating film has a surface roughness (Ry) of 0 μm<μm.
(canceled)
A method for producing a bus bar for use in a power storage device including a battery cell, the method comprising:
- immersing a bus bar body containing a conductive material in a heat-resistant insulating coating material containing a filler to apply the heat-resistant insulating coating material to a surface of the bus bar body, and then drying the heat-resistant insulating coating material to form a heat-resistant insulating film, wherein
- the heat-resistant insulating film is formed such that the heat-resistant insulating film has a surface roughness (Ry) of 0 μm <Ry<50 μm.
