Abstract

In one aspect, a battery box includes a first side beam and a baffle plate. A first chamber is disposed inside the first side beam, a side of the first side beam that faces an inner side of the battery box forms a first chamber wall of the first chamber, the first chamber wall has a first communication hole running through the first chamber wall in a thickness direction, and a first venting hole is further disposed on the first side beam, so that the first chamber is in communication with an outer side of the first side beam. The baffle plate is disposed at a venting opening of the battery box, and encloses a venting space together with an inner wall of the battery box. The first venting hole and the venting opening are separately in communication with the venting space.
