Abstract

The embodiments of the present disclosure provide a battery including an accommodation housing and a battery assembly. The accommodation housing defines an accommodation cavity and includes a first housing wall. The battery assembly is accommodated in the accommodation cavity and includes a protruding part. The first housing wall is provided with an accommodation portion configured to receive at least part of the protruding part. By providing the accommodation portion on the first housing wall, the internal spatial shape of the accommodation housing better adapts to an outer contour of the battery assembly, thereby reducing layout constraints on components of the battery assembly. This configuration facilitates reduction of the overall size and volume of the accommodation housing, improves space utilization, reduces the overall battery size, and enhances battery energy density.
