Abstract
A secondary battery includes a case and an electrode assembly accommodated in the case, the electrode assembly including a first electrode, a separator, and a second electrode stacked. A detachable member is attached to a first surface of the case, and a packaging member is disposed on a second surface of the case opposite to the first surface. The detachable member includes at least one detachable portion that is configured to be engageable to a fitting portion of a device.

A secondary battery comprising:
- a case;
- an electrode assembly accommodated in the case, the electrode assembly including a first electrode, a separator, and a second electrode;
- a detachment member attached to a first surface of the case;
- and
- a packaging member disposed on a second surface of the case that is opposite to the first surface,
- wherein the detachment member comprises at least one detachment portion that is configured to be engageable to a fitting portion of a device.

A method of manufacturing a secondary battery comprising:
- stacking a first electrode, a separator, and a second electrode to form an electrode assembly;
- inserting the electrode assembly into a case;
- attaching a detachment member to a first surface of the case;
- and
- placing a packaging member on a second surface of the case that is opposite to the first surface,
- wherein the detachment member includes at least one detachment portion that is engageable to and detachable from a fitting portion of a device.
