Abstract

An electrode assembly in which a negative electrode, a separator, and a positive electrode are sequentially stacked and wound is provided. In a core part of the electrode assembly, the negative electrode includes a negative electrode coated portion having a negative electrode current collector and a negative electrode active material layer provided on at least one surface of the negative electrode current collector, and a negative electrode uncoated portion having the negative electrode current collector are provided without a negative electrode active material layer, and in a longitudinal direction, the length of the negative electrode coated portion extending from a longitudinal end portion of the positive electrode and is controlled to a specific range.
