Abstract
An electrode production device including a transport member configured to transport an electrode foil coated with an electrode active material; a laser configured to irradiate the electrode foil; and a jig disposed in contact with the electrode foil and configured to support the electrode foil, and a foreign-matter adhesion prevention portion formed on the jig is provided. A method of making a battery cell using the electrode production device and a battery pack and vehicle using the battery cell are also provided.

An electrode production device comprising:
- a transport member configured to transport an electrode foil coated with an electrode active material;
- a laser configured to irradiate the electrode foil;
- and
- a jig configured to be in contact with the electrode foil and to support the electrode foil,
- wherein a foreign-matter adhesion prevention portion is formed on the jig.
