Integrated battery cell pre-lithiation apparatus and method uses lithium source half electrode to pre-lithiate the battery cell in batch through electrochemical method. Pre-lithiation apparatus comprises external power supply and pre-lithiation working box comprising box body; battery cell fixing element and lithium source half electrode disposed within the box body; and negative electrode current collector and lithium source current collector. The negative electrode current collector comprises negative electrode busbar communicated with negative electrodes of a plurality of battery cells simultaneously, and lithium source current collector communicated with the lithium source half electrode. Negative electrode of the battery cell and lithium source half electrode are connected to external power supply and provide electrochemical lithium supplement under action of the power supply. Pre-lithiation apparatus is easy to operate, and performs pre-lithiation in batch, resulting in better consistency and uniformity of negative electrode pre-lithiation, better pre-lithiation effect, and lower requirements on the lithium source.
