Abstract
A speech articulatory coding system includes: an input configured to receive speech audio from a vocal source; an articulatory analysis module configured to infer vocal tract articulation, source features, and speaker identity from the speech audio; and an articulatory synthesis module configured to be trained on large-scale speech data to synthesize the speech audio from the articulatory features.

A speech articulatory coding system, comprising:
- an input configured to receive speech audio from a vocal source;
- an articulatory analysis module configured to infer vocal tract articulation, source features, and speaker identity from the speech audio;
- and
- an articulatory synthesis module configured to be trained on large-scale speech data to synthesize the speech audio from the articulatory features.
