Abstract
A computer implemented method comprises providing a database (2) comprising a plurality of initial images (11) . Each initial image (11) being an image of a different portion of a microscopy sample (10) comprising a number of objects (31, 32). Selecting a subset of the plurality of the initial images (11) , the selection being based on a determined dimension of a microscopic feature (31, 32, 33) in at least one of the initial images (45).

A computer implemented method comprising:
- a. providing a database comprising a plurality of initial images, each initial image being an image of a different portion of a microscopy sample comprising a number of objects;
- b. selecting a subset of the plurality of the initial images, the selection being based on a determined dimension of a microscopic feature in at least one of the initial images.
