Abstract
An information processing apparatus that creates a claim in a filing document using a generative model includes a first proposal creation unit for referring to an idea of an invention and creating a first proposal of the claim, a generation unit for generating a variation idea related to the first proposal, a determination unit for determining whether the variation idea is an internal addition or an external addition, and a second proposal creation unit for referring to a determination result and creating a second proposal of the claim.

An information processing apparatus that creates a claim in a filing document using a generative model, the information processing apparatus comprising:
- at least one memory that is configured to store instructions;
- and
- at least one processor that is configured to execute the instructions to:
- refer to an idea of an invention;
- create a first proposal of the claim regarding the idea;
- generate a variation idea related to the first proposal;
- determine whether the variation idea is an internal addition to the first proposal or an external addition to the first proposal;
- refer to a determination result;
- and
- create a second proposal of the claim.
An information processing method for creating a claim in a filing document using a generative model, the information processing method comprising:
- referring to an idea of an invention;
- creating a first proposal of the claim regarding the idea;
- generating a variation idea related to the first proposal;
- determining whether the variation idea is an internal addition to the first proposal or an external addition to the first proposal;
- referring to a determination result;
- and
- creating a second proposal of the claim.
A non-transitory computer-readable medium storing an information processing program that causes a computer to function as an information processing apparatus that creates a claim in a filing document using a generative model, the information processing program causes the computer to execute processing for:
- referring to an idea of an invention;
- creating a first proposal of the claim regarding the idea;
- generating a variation idea related to the first proposal;
- determining whether the variation idea is an internal addition to the first proposal or an external addition to the first proposal;
- and
- referring to a determination result;
- and
- creating a second proposal of the claim.
