Abstract
A system to manage a wardrobe and compile outfits includes a server computing device that includes a memory having stored thereon demographic data and a plurality of electronic fashion item models. Each electronic fashion item model is indicative of a fashion item. The electronic fashion item model includes a fashion item type and a fashion item color scheme. The electronic fashion item model is associated with one or more style genres. The system includes an application configured to, when executed by at least one processor, compile at least one virtual outfit. Each virtual outfit includes at least one electronic fashion item model. Each virtual outfit is compiled based on A) a selected event, B) the particular user's demographic data, and C) style genres.
Claims20
A system for managing fashion item data across a plurality of data sources, the system comprising:
- a first computing system associated with a first data store containing fashion item data, the fashion item data corresponding to physical fashion items and associated with unique electronic identifiers;
- a second computing system associated with a second data store containing fashion item data;
- a communications network connecting the first computing system and the second computing system;
- and
- one or more processors configured to execute instructions that, upon execution, cause the one or more processors to perform operations for maintaining data consistency across the first data store and the second data store, the operations including:
- enabling data exchange between the first computing system and the second computing system via the communications network;
- receiving, from at least one of the first computing system or the second computing system, updated data associated with one or more of the unique electronic identifiers;
- synchronizing at least a portion of the first data store and the second data store based at least in part on the updated data such that the fashion item data is synchronized in across the first computing system and the second computing system;
- and
- generating output data based at least in part on the synchronized fashion item data associated with the unique electronic identifiers received from both the first data store and the second data store.
A method for managing fashion item data across a plurality of data sources, the method comprising:
- enabling, over a communications network, data exchange between (i) a first computing system associated with a first data store containing fashion item data, the fashion item data corresponding to physical fashion items and associated with unique electronic identifiers and (ii) a second computing system associated with a second data store containing fashion item data;
- performing operations for maintaining data consistency across the first data store and the second data store, the operations including:
- receiving, from at least one of the first computing system or the second computing system, updated data associated with one or more of the unique electronic identifiers;
- synchronizing at least a portion of the first data store and the second data store based at least in part on the updated data such that the fashion item data is synchronized in across the first computing system and the second computing system;
- and
- generating output data based at least in part on the synchronized fashion item data associated with the unique electronic identifiers received from both the first data store and the second data store.
A non-transitory computer readable medium storing instructions that, upon execution, cause one or more computing devices to perform operations comprising:
- enabling, over a communications network, data exchange between (i) a first computing system associated with a first data store containing fashion item data, the fashion item data corresponding to physical fashion items and associated with unique electronic identifiers and (ii) a second computing system associated with a second data store containing fashion item data;
- performing operations for maintaining data consistency across the first data store and the second data store, the operations including:
- receiving, from at least one of the first computing system or the second computing system, updated data associated with one or more of the unique electronic identifiers;
- synchronizing at least a portion of the first data store and the second data store based at least in part on the updated data such that the fashion item data is synchronized in across the first computing system and the second computing system;
- and
- generating output data based at least in part on the synchronized fashion item data associated with the unique electronic identifiers received from both the first data store and the second data store.
