Ownership restricted electronic ticketing system

A computer-implemented method for management of content rights to a cryptographic token exchanged in a multi-system transaction environment, the method comprising:

• receiving, by a monetary transaction system comprising one or more processors, an indication authorized by a first entity to transfer ownership rights in a cryptographic token to a second entity, the indication comprising a set of verifiable qualifications associated with the second entity, wherein the monetary transaction system is configured to access transaction data stored in a transaction record system comprising a plurality of records;
• the cryptographic token comprising a record of at least a first value associated with the cryptographic token, a record of at least a set of restrictions associated with the cryptographic token, and a reference to an executable program stored in association with a content rights management system comprising a plurality of records;
• executing the executable program referenced by the cryptographic token, by a verification module communicatively coupled to the monetary transaction system and the content rights management system;
• evaluating the set of verifiable qualifications associated with the second entity against the set of restrictions associated with the cryptographic token to determine qualification status;
• wherein the qualification status is usable in connection with committing metadata to one or more records of the transaction record system, wherein the metadata includes a reference to a transfer of the cryptographic token to the second entity in exchange for currency corresponding to the first value in response to determining that the second entity is qualified for ownership of the cryptographic token;
• and
• in response to determining that the qualification status indicates the second entity is not qualified:
• causing the executable program to deny the transfer of ownership rights;
• and
• updating one or more records of the transaction record system with a transaction entry, wherein the transaction entry comprises an error code indicating a rejection of the transfer of ownership rights due to the second entity failing to satisfy the set of restrictions.

A computer-implemented method for enabling one or more nodes of an electronic ledger platform to carry out operations with respect to one or more records of the electronic ledger platform, the operations comprising:

• receiving an indication authorized by a selling entity to transfer ownership rights in a token to a buying entity, the indication comprising a set of verifiable qualifications associated with the buying entity, the token comprising a record of at least a base value associated with the token, and a reference to an executable program;
• and
• in response to execution of the executable program, committing to one or more records of an electronic ledger in the electronic ledger platform at least one of:
• a transfer of the token to the buying entity in exchange for a purchase price corresponding to the base value, in response to determining that the buying entity is qualified for the ownership of the token based on an evaluation of the set of verifiable qualifications, wherein currency corresponding to the purchase price is transferred to the selling entity;
• or
• a transfer of the token to the buying entity in exchange for a purchase price corresponding to a premium value higher than the base value, in response to determining that the buying entity is not qualified for the ownership of the token based on the evaluation of the set of verifiable qualifications, wherein a first portion of currency corresponding to the purchase price is transferred to the selling entity and a second portion of currency corresponding to the purchase price is transferred to an issuing entity.

A computer-implemented method for enabling one or more operations in a multi-system transaction environment with respect to one or more transaction records, the operations comprising:

• receiving an indication authorized by a selling entity to transfer ownership rights in a token to a buying entity, the indication comprising a set of verifiable qualifications associated with the buying entity, the token comprising a record of at least a base value associated with the token, and a reference to an executable program;
• and
• in response to execution of the executable program, storing, in a transaction record system of the multi-system transaction environment, at least one of:
• a transfer of the token to the buying entity in exchange for a purchase price corresponding to the base value, in response to determining that the buying entity is qualified for the ownership of the token based on an evaluation of the set of verifiable qualifications, wherein currency corresponding to the purchase price is transferred to the selling entity;
• or
• a transfer of the token to the buying entity in exchange for a purchase price corresponding to a premium value higher than the base value, in response to determining that the buying entity is not qualified for the ownership of the token based on the evaluation of the set of verifiable qualifications, wherein a first portion of currency corresponding to the purchase price is transferred to the selling entity and a second portion of currency corresponding to the purchase price is transferred to an issuing entity.
