Abstract

The present disclosure relates to systems and methods for providing context to the artificial intelligence chatbots. The system comprises a processor; a communications module coupled to the processor; and a computer-readable memory coupled to the processor. The processor executes a computer-executable method having the steps of: generating a summary of an exchange with an artificial intelligence (AI)-assistant chatbot; receiving a query via the communications module; identifying, based on the summary of the exchange, at least a portion of the summary resembling the query; and providing the portions of the summary to the AI-assistant chatbot as input, together with the query, to answer the query with a response.
