Abstract
In a memory including a plurality of banks, access contention from a plurality of masters is reduced by considering attributes of the respective banks. In one example, a memory includes a banks each including pages. A memory controller includes an attribute information management unit and a control unit. The attribute information management unit manages an attribute determined on the basis of a mode in which each of the pages and banks in the memory is accessed by masters. The control unit moves any of pages among the banks on the basis of the attribute.

A memory controller comprising:
- an attribute information management unit that manages an attribute determined on a basis of a mode in which, in a memory including a plurality of banks each including a plurality of pages, each of the plurality of pages and the plurality of banks is accessed by a plurality of masters;
- and
- a control unit that moves any of the plurality of pages among the plurality of banks on a basis of the attribute.
A storage device comprising:
- a memory including a plurality of banks each including a plurality of pages;
- an attribute information management unit that manages an attribute determined on a basis of a mode in which each of the plurality of pages and the plurality of banks is accessed by a plurality of masters;
- and
- a control unit that moves any of the plurality of pages among the plurality of banks on a basis of the attribute.
A computer system comprising:
- a memory including a plurality of banks each including a plurality of pages;
- a plurality of masters that accesses the memory;
- an attribute information management unit that manages an attribute determined on a basis of a mode in which each of the plurality of pages and the plurality of banks is accessed by the plurality of masters;
- and
- a control unit that moves any of the plurality of pages among the plurality of banks on a basis of the attribute.
