Display device, augmented reality device including display device, and method of manufacturing display device

A method of manufacturing a display device, the method comprising:

• forming a plurality of light emitting elements by forming a first semiconductor layer, an active layer, and a second semiconductor layer on a growth substrate;
• forming a separation film separating the second semiconductor layer and the active layer into a plurality of second semiconductor layers and a plurality of active layers, respectively;
• removing the growth substrate;
• forming a common electrode patterned on a surface of the first semiconductor layer exposed by removing the growth substrate;
• forming a plurality of partition walls by etching a part of the first semiconductor layer not covered by the common electrode;
• forming a plurality of first color conversion layers in a plurality of opening areas between the plurality of partition walls;
• and
• forming a plurality of second color conversion layers on the plurality of first color conversion layers, the plurality of second color conversion layers including a material different from a material of the plurality of first color conversion layers,
• wherein the plurality of partition walls are formed so that the plurality of active layers face the plurality of opening areas.
