Abstract
This method for measuring pulmonary surfactant protein D includes a step of bringing a sample containing pulmonary surfactant protein D into contact with an insoluble carrier on which an anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibody has been immobilized, and a step of detecting a complex of the pulmonary surfactant protein D and at least two of the anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibodies, wherein the insoluble carrier supports only one type of antibody as the anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibody.

A method for measuring pulmonary surfactant protein D, the method comprising:
- a step of bringing a sample containing pulmonary surfactant protein D into contact with an insoluble carrier on which an anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibody has been immobilized, and
- a step of detecting a complex of the pulmonary surfactant protein D and at least two of the anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibodies, wherein
- only one type of antibody is immobilized on the insoluble carrier as the anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibody.
A measurement kit for pulmonary surfactant protein D comprising:
- a first reagent containing an insoluble carrier on which an anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibody has been immobilized, and
- a second reagent containing a labeled antibody comprising the anti-pulmonary surfactant protein D monoclonal antibody and a labeling material.
A monoclonal antibody that binds to a trimer of pulmonary surfactant protein D, wherein
- only one antibody binds to a single trimer of pulmonary surfactant protein D.
A hybridoma deposited with National Institute of Technology and Evaluation Patent Microorganisms Depositary with an accession number NITE BP-03825 or an accession number NITE BP-03826.
