A method for detecting and/or quantifying, in a sample of blood or derivate biological liquid, a panel of haematological parameters comprising at least one parameter selected from the group consisting of the number of corpuscular elements in the blood or derivate biological liquid (RC), mean corpuscular volume of said corpuscular elements (MCV), percentage of the volume of sample occupied by the corpuscular elements (HCT) and amount of at least one substance comprising a protoporphyrin metal complex (Hb),
- comprising the steps of:
- applying the sample of blood or derivate biological liquid to an electroanalytical sensor comprising at least one first working electrode, a reference electrode and a counterelectrode;
- detecting by chronoamperometry a current signal which is a function of the amount of substance comprising the protoporphyrin metal complex in the blood or derivate biological liquid by means of the electroanalytical sensor, wherein an electrochemical mediator, which remains insoluble during the execution of the method, has been electrodeposited on said at least one first working electrode;
- and detecting by means of electrochemical impedance spectroscopy an impedance signal which is a function of at least the number of corpuscular elements in the blood or derivate biological liquid;
- quantifying the at least one parameter of the panel by means of at least one specific mathematical formula wherein the at least one parameter is a function of the current signal (i) and the impedance signal (Z),
- wherein in the specific mathematical formula the at least one parameter is a function of the total surface of the corpuscular elements (St), wherein St is a function of the impedance signal (Z) and the current signal (i) by means of equation
