According to an embodiment, a blower includes a bell mouth and an impeller. The bell mouth includes an opening portion. The impeller is provided at the opening portion. The impeller includes a blade portion including a leading edge portion. The impeller is configured to rotate. The leading edge portion includes a plurality of recesses. The plurality of recesses are arranged in a direction of rotation of the impeller.
