A snap-tie cone device is provided. The invention is comprised of a device and method for securing formwork in concrete wall construction, comprising a snap tie formed from high tensile wire with integral and inner heads for anchoring and alignment within the form panels. The snap tie resists rotational forces through selected anti-twist portions and interacts with detachable cones designed to establish wall thickness and facilitate formwork removal. The cones are laterally installed onto the snap tie via a slit design enabling snap-on engagement. During use, cones are positioned against inner form surfaces and retained under compression, enabling concrete to be poured and cured while preserving dimensional stability. Following curing, the snap tie ends are broken off and the cones are either removed or retained within the concrete, based on construction requirements.
