1-17. (canceled)
A method for the prophylactic and/or therapeutic treatment of a Gram-negative bacterial infection in a subject, wherein said treatment comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a protein comprising or consisting of amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1, or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the protein thereof, to the subject.
A method for inhibiting the growth, reducing the population, or killing Gram-negative bacteria in the gastrointestinal tract of a subject in need thereof, comprising administering a therapeutically effective amount of:
- a protein comprising or consisting of amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1;
- or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the protein thereof, to the subject.
A method for the prophylactic and/or therapeutic treatment of a Gram-negative bacterial infection in a subject, wherein said treatment comprises administering a therapeutically effective amount of a chimeric protein comprising an amino acid sequence SEQ ID NO:1 and a cell wall binding domain, or a pharmaceutical composition comprising the chimeric protein thereof, to the subject.
