Abstract
The present disclosure provides a cell that is capable of differentiating into an M2 macrophage within tumor tissue and, upon such differentiation, expresses an inflammatory cytokine, as well as a composition comprising such a cell.
Claims10
A cell that is capable of differentiating/polarizing into an M2 macrophage, comprising a nucleic acid encoding an inflammatory cytokine operably linked to a regulatory sequence, wherein the cell is capable of expressing the inflammatory cytokine after differentiation/polarization into an M2 macrophage.
