A urethane resin-forming composition, containing: a curing agent (A) containing a polyol, an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer (B), and a compound (C), wherein the compound (C) is a compound represented by formula (1): wherein R1 and R2 are each independently an alkyl group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group.

A urethane resin-forming composition, comprising:
- a curing agent (A) containing a polyol,
- an isocyanate group-terminated prepolymer (B), and
- a compound (C),
- wherein the compound (C) is a compound represented by formula (1):
- wherein R1 and R2 are each independently an alkyl group, an alicyclic hydrocarbon group, an aryl group, or a heterocyclic group.
