Engineered anti-prostate stem cell antigen fusion protein and uses thereof

A genetically engineered anti-prostate stem cell antigen (PSCA) scFv-Fc fusion protein comprising two peptides which form a homodimer, wherein each peptide comprises variable domains VH and VL of an anti-PSCA antibody, and a truncated hinge and fragment crystallizable (Fc) region, wherein the variable domains are arranged in the order of VH-VL, and wherein the FcRn binding region of the Fc region comprises one or more first point mutations.
