Abstract
A CAR molecule, a cell or exosome containing same, and the use thereof. The CAR molecule is a CAR molecule targeting CD19 and/or a CAR molecule targeting CD22. Also disclosed are a nucleic acid encoding the CAR molecule, a recombinant expression vector containing the nucleic acid, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the CAR molecule or the cell or exosome containing same. A CAR-T cell containing the CAR molecule has higher therapeutic effectiveness and therapeutic safety in clinical treatment; and the exosome provided has a better targeting performance, can achieve better tumor penetration, and is expected to become a new direction for treating tumors with CAR-T cell therapy.
