Abstract
The present disclosure provides methods for the treatment of myocardial infarction comprising administering at least one of n interferon gamma (IFNγ) inhibitor and an interleukin-6 (IL-6) inhibitor.

A method of treating myocardial infarction (MI) in a subject in need, the method comprising administering to the subject a therapeutically effective amount of at least one of an interferon-gamma (IFNγ) inhibitor and an interleukin 6 (IL-6) inhibitor.
