Indole compound, preparation method therefor and use thereof

A compound of formula I, or a stereoisomer, a tautomer, a solvate, a hydrate, a prodrug, a stable isotope derivative, and a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof:

• R1 is selected from hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, hydroxyl, cyano, —ORb, —SRc, —NRiRj, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q1;
• R2 is selected from hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, —S(O)2—Rd, —C(O)—Re, —NRiRj, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q2;
• R3 is selected from hydrogen, deuterium, hydroxyl, —NRiRj, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q3;
• R4 is selected from hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, hydroxyl, cyano, —ORb, —SRc, —NRiRj, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q4;
• Ra is selected from hydrogen, deuterium, alkyl, and haloalkyl;
• each Rb is respectively and independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q5;
• each Rc is respectively and independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q6;
• each of Ri and Rj is respectively and independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, —S(O)2—Rd, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q7;
• each Rd is respectively and independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q8;
• each Re is respectively and independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q9;
• each of Q1, Q2, Q3, Q4, Q5, Q6, Q7, Q8, and Q9 is independently selected from hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, cyano, hydroxyl, mercapto, amino, substituted or unsubstituted alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl, wherein the substituted means substituted with one or more Q10;
• Q10 is selected from hydrogen, deuterium, halogen, alkyl, alkoxy, haloalkyl, cycloalkyl, aryl, heteroaryl, and heterocyclyl;
• each of m and n is independently 0, 1, or 2;
• and
• each of p and q is independently 0, 1, 2, 3, or 4.
