The system may also include an electric cart including a transportation shaft in the form of a cantilever and including a second transfer mechanism installed inside a hollow portion. The second transfer mechanism may have a transfer direction along a longitudinal direction of a shaft. The second transfer mechanism may also have a second transfer surface. The first and second transfer mechanisms may be electrically operated to exchange bobbins between the air chuck shaft and the transport shaft, and the transport shaft may be concentrically aligned with the air chuck shaft.
