A fitting that is configured to be coupled to a container liner includes a plastic composite having a chemical resistant material. The fitting is injection molded.

A fitting configured to be coupled to a container liner, the fitting comprising:
- a plastic composite comprising a chemical resistant material, wherein the fitting is injection molded.
A method for forming a multi-layer liner with a fitting, comprising:
- co-extruding the multi-layered liner;
- injection molding the fitting, wherein the fitting comprises greater than about 10 wt. % of ethylene vinyl alcohol;
- and
- coupling the fitting to the multi-layered liner.

A method for forming a fitting, the method comprising:
- melting a resin material, wherein the resin material comprises a polyethylene and an ethylene vinyl alcohol;
- injecting the resin material into a cavity of an injection molding device to form the fitting, wherein the fitting comprises greater than about 10 wt. % of ethylene vinyl alcohol.
