Disclosed are a hydraulic braking device, a hydraulic braking operation device, and a bicycle. The hydraulic braking device includes a cylinder body, a push rod piston, and a reset spring. One end of the push rod piston reciprocates in the cylinder body by overcoming the elastic force of the reset spring. A push rod head is provided on the other end of the push rod piston. The hydraulic braking operation device includes a support, an operating lever, and the hydraulic braking device, the operating lever being rotatably connected to the support; the hydraulic braking device is of a symmetrical structure and is provided inside the support; a driving rod is arranged on the support.
